- Convenient Location – Just an Uber ride from the Woodlands, close to shopping and a H.E.B.
- Very well maintained – Mel and Marcus are always out and about, trimming, grooming, mowing, and picking up stray trash. Thanks, guys!
- 3 Fishing Ponds – Turtles, ducklings, and plenty of fish.
- Dog Park – Love the fact that they provide baggies to encourage folks to pick up the poo.
- Cottage For Rent – There is the cutest little cottage in the park where guests without RV’s can stay. 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, full bath, and a livingroom with an extra convertible bed.
